About College

Mandosil Degree College, Mandosil Degree College is established in the year 1994 with the selfless and dedicated service of local people to promote higher education in this periphery. The College is affiliated to Sambalpur University. The College started with the sanctioned strength of 64.Then it had been a composite college up to the year2008.But the degree wing has been segregated from its parent college in the same year as per the new and changed policy of Higher Education Dept., Govt.of Odisha.

The Institution has been aided since the year 2009.The sanctioned strength rose up to 96 with the introduced of Odia (Hons) in the same Year. At present, five new Hons.subjects have been introduced from the academic session 2016-17.And the strength of the College has gone up to 192.

The College is growing up into a unique one by producing meritorious students who have secured ranks in the university.We are nine teaching faculties wel l versed with the subjects and are committed to our duty.The college has many dreams to realize in future.Our motto education and spread knowledge in this region.
